Dr. Kai-Uwe Heddenhausen is a long-time entrepreneur and real estate developer from the German industrial region of North Rhine-Westphalia, and his family has been planning and managing residential and commercial properties for over a hundred years

He has also been dealing with the topic of structural development for decades and has also been a member of the SME and Business Association for decades, where he is involved in cross-district and cross-state initiatives to promote and complement the national economy.

He is supported in this by a team with, among other things, majors in Corporate Management & Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Accounting, as well as employees who have been working for many years in the areas of economic development, organizational management and synergy promotion.

This, combined with many years of activity in strategic security consulting (we can count several officers and therefore military trainers on our team), as well as, among other things, government experts in nature conservation (hunter’s certificate) or recent experience in modular construction, led to the establishment of a consulting company that specializes in sustainability and macroeconomic synergies breaking new ground.
